Appointment and Fees

About Your Appointment

The frequency of the sessions will be dependent on the nature and severity of the issues presented. You are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with 24 hours’ notice.

About Payment

If you miss a session without canceling or cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the session. You are responsible for paying at the time of your session unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment can be made by cash or credit card, however, most payments are made via our simple online system. If a legal case requires my participation, there will be additional fees for the professional time required.

Insurance copays are verified prior to your initial visit. Payments must be made at the time services are rendered, unless we agree otherwise or unless you have insurance coverage that requires another agreement. Self-pay rates are due at the time of visit.
